Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an FP&A Controller to bridge financial performance and operational execution in Singapore. You will lead budgeting, quarterly outlooks, and monthly forecasting cycles, delivering precise management reports and contributing to cost optimization initiatives.

Role requires SAP, Anaplan, and Power BI proficiency, plus strong communication and collaboration across global teams. You will support month-end close and audits, driving forecast accuracy and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Ability to translate large datasets into strategic business decisions.
