Job summary

jobally pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive (Finance Planning & Analysis) to handle commission processing, FPSG reporting, budgeting, and management reporting. You will prepare journal entries in Navision, analyze revenue and expenses, and support year-end processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting and 3–4 years of relevant experience. Strong Excel skills, meticulousness, and integrity are essential for timely closure and statutory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, applicants with full set of accounts experience are preferred.
• Well-organized and self-motivated individual.
• Well versed with the basics of accounting.
• Meticulous, positive attitude and possesses high level of integrity.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination and analytical skills.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Competent in MS Office particularly in Excel skills.
• Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare student recruitment commission for Local Student Recruitment staff and in-country representatives.
• Prepare monthly and yearly FPSG report.
• Prepare FPSG yearly reconciliation.
• Timely month end and year end closing.
• Prepare month close workings and entries for all revenue items.
• Prepare and posting of monthly journal entries in Navision.
• Prepare relevant revenue variance/analytical report.
• Prepare expenses variance analysis for management reports.
• Prepare monthly audit schedules.
• Prepare relevant data for board deck.
• Prepare yearly budget template for local entities and group.
• Collate yearly budget for the group.
• Prepare final load file for budget to Navision and for management report.
• Compliance to Edutrust, Audit, Tax and other statutory requirements
• Update documents for Edutrust (CPE) requirements yearly or as and when required.
• Support audit related queries and work.
• Prepare audit financial reports
• Prepare annual returns and XBRL
• Prepare annual tax returns
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.
