Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking a finance professional for a multinational client in Singapore. You will support consolidation of overseas entities, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and group-level decision support.

Reporting to Senior Manager, you will drive IFRS-compliant reporting, develop financial models, analyse revenue and working capital, and collaborate with regional business units to improve financial visibility and drive performance.

Qualifications

  • Consolidation of overseas entities in line with group reporting and IFRS.
  • Prepare management reports and executive reporting packs for senior leadership.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across regional units.
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support decisions.

  • Partner stakeholders across finance and operations to enhance visibility.
  • Contribute to process automation and reporting enhancements using finance systems.

Responsibilities

  • Produce monthly/quarterly/annual management reports for senior leaders.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with regional units.
  • Develop and update financial models for scenarios and decisions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional seeking broader regional exposure beyond traditional FP&A responsibilities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will play a key role in financial planning, management reporting, business analysis, and the consolidation of overseas entities to support strategic decision-making at group level.

Description
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of overseas entities in accordance with group reporting requirements and IFRS standards.
  • Prepare timely and accurate management reports, financial performance analysis, and executive reporting packs for senior leadership.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities across regional business units.
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support investment decisions, business initiatives, and performance management.
  • Analyse revenue, profitability, working capital, and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner business stakeholders across finance and operational teams to enhance financial visibility and support decision-making.
  • Contribute to process automation, reporting enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives using finance systems and analytical tools.
Profile
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience within FP&A, audit, accounting, financial reporting, or commercial finance.
  • Experience in financial consolidation, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using financial planning or reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
