Hytech in Singapore is hiring Finance Partners for our Group Functions FP&A team. You will partner with risk, operations, payments, compliance, finance and HR & Admin across Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, China and the Philippines to manage budgets and headcount.

This role requires genuine business-partnering experience and the ability to influence leaders with evidence. You will own budgets, forecasts, and headcount scenarios, linking volumes to costs, and driving efficiency across multiple

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years in FP&A / Finance Business Partnering / Business Finance.
• Experience supporting operations, risk, payments, compliance or shared-services preferred.
• Background in financial services, FinTech, internet platforms or multinational shared-service environments.
• Understanding of cost structure and workload drivers, linking volumes to headcount and cost.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and scenario planning.
• Plus: SQL / Power BI skills; cost allocation or intercompany charging.
• Able to build trust with senior function heads and influence decisions as a partner.
• Fluency in English and Chinese for cross-regional reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own the annual budget, rolling forecasts and long-range planning for your assigned functions.
• Partner on headcount planning by team and country; build scenario models for volume growth, headcount and re-organisation decisions.
• Develop a deep understanding of each function's structure: internal customers and cost composition.
• Work with function leadership to establish workload measures and connect them to financial data.
• Identify efficiency topics in how each function is structured and invest, drive change with function leaders.
• Understand and maintain the logic by which function costs are allocated to brands and explain to stakeholders.
• Lead the monthly cost review; build KPIs and dashboards; support expense-control processes and actions.
