Job summary

Hytech in Singapore is seeking an FP&A professional to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across the group. You will partner with Finance, business leaders, and backend functions to provide actionable insights that improve cost governance and operational efficiency.

You will build group-wide budgeting frameworks, lead annual budgeting and forecast cycles, develop revenue and cost models, and deliver monthly management reports for senior leadership, including the CEO and CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years' FP&A, corporate finance, budgeting and modelling experience.
• Experience with cost analysis, performance metrics, and financial systems.
• Familiarity with BI tools and dashboard development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a group-wide budgeting framework across all business units.
• Lead annual budgeting exercises and periodic forecasts (Forecast / Latest Estimate).
• Build revenue and cost models with key drivers such as transaction volume and ROI.
• Define backend cost planning, including headcount and operating expenses.
• Create cost allocation methods to improve P&L transparency.
• Prepare monthly management reports for the CEO, CFO, and business heads.
• Collaborate with BI and Data teams to build cost dashboards.
• Support cost optimisation initiatives and governance.
