Job summary

ConnectedGroup is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee comprehensive finance and accounting activities for the Singapore region. The role emphasizes full [set of] accounts, performance management, governance, and cross-functional collaboration for strategic decisions.

Key duties include financial closing, reporting, budgeting, cashflow management, and partnering with global and regional teams to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline is required.
Qualified Accountant designation is required.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in finance positions including accounting operations, reporting and FP&A.
At least 5 years of retail finance experience.
Proactive, strong leadership, and able to partner with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations including financial closing and statutory activities.
Prepare regular financial reports and performance analyses for senior management.
Drive budgeting and forecasting aligned with global planning cycles and business leaders.
Partner with global and regional finance teams to ensure accuracy and alignment.
Monitor daily cashflow and prepare periodic cashflow projections.
Provide financial analysis, modelling and advisory support to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
