Job summary

Hytech in Singapore seeks a proactive FP&A professional to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across the group. You will partner with Finance, business leaders, and backend support to deliver actionable financial insights for decision-making, cost governance, and efficiency.

This role offers opportunities to build group budgeting frameworks, lead cost optimization, and support the implementation of budgeting systems for sustainable growth and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling experience.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement group budgeting framework across all units and functions.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting cycles, and revenue forecasting with business drivers.
• Design cost allocation methods to improve P&L transparency and accountability.
• Prepare monthly management reports and Budget Packs for senior leadership.
• Partner with BI/Data teams to develop dashboards and variance analysis.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and financial planning improvements.
