Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Singapore seeks a Finance Business Partner to the Operations Lead. You will deliver strategic financial analysis and drive operational improvements, partnering with operations, shared services and third parties to optimize performance.

Responsibilities include monthly close, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring robust financial governance. A degree in accounting/finance (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with 4–5 years in finance is required.

Qualifications

• University degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance or relevant field (ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
• Minimum 4-5 years of financial experience
• Experience navigating complex matrix environments; business partnering and commercial finance experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted financial advisor to the Operations Lead with data-driven insights
• Collaborate with operation teams, shared service centres and third party providers
• Manage vendor payments, monthly billing, and accounts receivable; ensure audit-ready documentation
• Lead month-end closing for the business line and investigate variances
• Prepare and present month-end financial packages with variance analysis
• Support budgeting and rolling forecasts; perform ad hoc scenario modelling
