Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager to manage financial close, reporting, tax, treasury, and compliance aligned with group policies and statutory requirements.

The role requires hands-on experience in US GAAP/FRS, month-end and year-end close, P&L analysis, intercompany activity, and SOX controls, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of finance and accounting experience in a multinational company, shared services, or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS, US GAAP, statutory reporting requirements and financial controls.
• Hands-on experience in month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, reconciliations, and P&L analysis.
• Good understanding of SOX compliance, internal controls, risk management frameworks, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and/or support the financial closing process in line with US GAAP/FRS and Group reporting.
• Prepare, review, and ensure timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Oversee month-end close, revenue/cost recognition and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate intercompany accounting, recharges, and ERP/system reconciliations.
• Support tax, treasury, GST, and statutory audits, including audit readiness.
