Job summary

JLL is seeking a Finance Business Partner in Singapore to support the Operations Lead with strategic financial analysis and operational improvements. You will serve as a trusted adviser, collaborating with site teams, SSC, and external providers to optimize performance and cash flow.

The role requires a university degree in accounting/finance and 4–5 years of financial experience in complex environments. It offers on-site work in Singapore and exposure to global real estate finance operations.

Qualifications

• University degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance or relevant field (ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
• Minimum 4-5 years of financial experience
• Experienced in navigating complex matrix environments
• Business partnering and commercial finance experience is added advantage

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted financial advisor to the Operations Lead, providing data-driven insights to support decision making
• Collaborate with operation teams, shared service centres and third party service providers
• Identify financial risks and opportunities through analysis of performance indicators
• Manage vendor payments and monthly billing in compliance with policies
• Lead the month-end closing process and resolve variances
• Prepare and present month end financial packages with variance analysis
• Develop annual budget and rolling forecasts with the Operations Lead
• Drive process improvements and robust financial governance
