Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in finance with FP&A or Finance Business Partnering experience.
• CPA/ACCA/CFA is a plus; strong commercial acumen required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost transparency and budgeting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes for business units.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and provide variance analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models for ROI and scenario planning.
• Ensure month-end closings, controls, and accurate reporting.
