talent trader group pte. ltd. seeks an experienced Finance Leader to run the Finance Department across Singapore and Malaysia. This role will supervise the full accounting cycle, drive month-end close, and provide insightful financial analysis for management decisions.

The ideal candidate has Chartered Accountant (Singapore) credentials with 7+ years in accounting, auditing, and finance leadership, and a strong grasp of Singapore standards and tax rules.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (Singapore) qualification and ISCA membership.
• Minimum 7 years of accounting, finance and auditing experience.
• Audit experience: at least 3 years.
• Strong understanding of SFRS, GST, corporate taxation and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the Finance Department for Singapore and Malaysia.
• Supervise general ledger, AP, AR, billing, fixed assets, bank reconciliations and month-end close.
• Review monthly financial statements and management reports for timely reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate external audits and tax matters.
• Drive process improvements, controls, and automation to strengthen governance.
