Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled accounting professional to lead full sets of accounts, manage consolidation, and coordinate with external firms. The role requires strong IFRS/SFRS knowledge, multi-entity reporting experience, and a track record in delivering accurate financial close.

You will liaise with senior management and external auditors, ensuring statutory compliance and timely reporting across group entities. Prior Big 4/mid-tier audit exposure is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in financial statement preparation.
• Experience with SFRS / IFRS.
• Experience in multi-entity and regional reporting.
• ACCA / CA Singapore qualification preferred.
• Working experience with Dynamic 365 is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review full sets of accounts for assigned group companies.
• Ensure timely and accurate closing and reporting.
• Review balance sheets, P&L, ledgers, journals and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external accounting firms for outsourcing.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation and reporting.
• Support statutory audits and audit inquiries.
• Oversee tax computations and statutory compliance.
• Support budgeting and performance reporting.
• Drive process improvements in accounting operations.
