The National University of Singapore (NUS) Finance Team is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations for three entities: CIL, EAI, and LKYSPP. You will manage grants, donations, and operating budgets, translating numbers into actionable insights that drive research, policy dialogue, and education.

Reporting to the Cluster Finance Lead, you will ensure grant claims/audits are completed on time, provide budgeting and forecasting support, and collaborate with stakeholders at Bukit

Formación

• A recognized degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; professional qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong familiarity with financial reporting systems (S4Hana, Jedox, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
• Excellent command of English, with superb written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Grant claim & grant audit management; ensure compliance with grant terms.
• Financial operations: monthly withholding tax, journal postings, balance sheet reviews, system access and WBS work.
• Financial management & reporting: prepare periodic management reports, budgets, forecasts and actuals for Directors.
• Finance business partnering: advise operations, planning, new initiatives, and resource allocation.
• Compliance & process excellence: uphold policies, donor requirements and internal controls.
