Job summary

The National University of Singapore (NUS) invites applications for an Assistant Senior Manager to support grant claim processes and contribute to FP&A and analytics. Ideal candidates have a strong analytics background, experience with grant management in higher education, and proficiency in Power BI and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis.
• Experience in grant management; higher education experience is a plus.
• Professional certifications (CMA/CPA) are preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills for non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Grant Claims Management: end-to-end ownership of grant claims preparation, submission and compliance.
• FP&A: support long-term planning, analysis and management reporting to Finance Partners.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: develop Power BI dashboards to monitor grants and performance.
• Stakeholder coordination: liaise with faculties and central departments to resolve issues.
