Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• MBA, CPA, CA or CFA preferred.
• 20+ years in FP&A or corporate finance in a large organisation.
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Finance business partnering across Faculties.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and reviews.
• Provide strategic financial analysis, business cases and scenario modelling.
• Build governance, drive finance transformation and automation initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of Finance Business Partners (20+).
• Represent Faculty Finance in University-wide initiatives and improve accountability.
