Job summary

APP Engineering Pte Ltd invites an experienced Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager to lead the Company’s Finance & Accounts function in Singapore. You will oversee governance, reporting, budgeting and cash flow for multiple M&E projects.

Work closely with management to review project costing, WIP, margins and tax compliance, while strengthening controls and ERP systems. This hands-on role offers growth as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance, recognised professional qualification preferred.
• 8+ years in accounting/finance with supervisory experience.
• Experience in construction, engineering or project-based industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounts function and ensure timely reporting.
• Oversee management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial performance.
• Provide financial oversight of projects, including costing, WIP, margin and cash flow.
• Review project and financial information in ERP and highlight variances and risks.
• Develop the Finance team and liaise with banks, auditors and tax professionals.
