Job summary

PKF-CAP CORPORATE SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Group Finance Manager/Senior Manager to work closely with management, delivering accurate financial insights, strengthening processes and supporting growth.

You will oversee the Group's financial operations, consolidate reports, manage cash flow and lead annual budgeting. The role requires a degree in Accounting/Finance, 7–12 years of relevant experience with a managerial background, and strong technical knowledge in Singapore accounting

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline; professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA/CA preferred.
• At least 7-12 years of relevant finance experience, with managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, cash flow and Singapore accounting/tax requirements.
• Experience handling multi-entity or group accounts preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-set accounts and financial operations across the Group.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, consolidated financial reports and financial analysis.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, AR/AP and payment planning.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Monitor project profitability, costs, margins and overall financial performance.
• Manage banking matters, credit facilities and relationships with financial institutions.
• Coordinate audit, tax, GST and statutory compliance requirements.
• Establish and improve financial controls, policies and reporting processes.
• Support management on financial planning, investment and key business decisions.
• Work with different business units and overseas entities on finance-related matters.

Position: Group Finance Manager/ Senior Manager

Location: Singapore
