Job summary

SingHealth Group Finance – Central Office is seeking a Senior / Manager to oversee the financial operations of infrastructure projects across the SingHealth Cluster. You will ensure disciplined budget control, MOH funding claims, and long-term financial forecasting to support major development initiatives.

You will lead the annual workplan, manage inter-department coordination, and develop financial models that drive strategic investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of finance experience including closing and audits.
• Experience managing infrastructure or development projects preferred.
• Familiarity with government funding processes (application, claims, reporting).
• Healthcare sector experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP advantageous.
• Strong analytical, modelling and data-driven decision skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships in a dynamic environment.
• Systematic, meticulous and well-organised with prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end financial management of infrastructure projects, from budgeting to forecasting.
• Ensure MOH-funded projects are tracked, claims submitted, and spending stays within approved scopes.
• Lead annual workplan and budget cycle for capex and opex; present to senior management.
• Develop financial models and analytics strategies to support strategic decisions.
• Provide financial support to clinical and operational partners on project costs and performance.
• Coordinate with project managers and secretariats on costing and capitalisation.
