Job summary

ctes consulting pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager, Faculty Affairs to join their client’s team. The role provides strategic and operational leadership for the School's faculty affairs portfolio, including recruitment, lifecycle administration, engagement, and related operations.

You will work with School leadership, HR and university offices to translate requirements into actionable plans and drive improvements in processes and stakeholder experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of people management or faculty administration experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making; maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end faculty recruitment lifecycle including recruitment, appointments, onboarding, appraisal, promotion, and reappointment.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre academic talent and ensure compliant processes.
• Oversee space and infrastructure planning to optimize facilities and prioritize needs.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, and leadership to align faculty affairs with institutional goals.
• Maintain accurate faculty records, analyze data, and prepare leadership dashboards and reports.
• Handle ad hoc activities as requested.
