Job summary

CTES CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and HR COEs, forming strong partnerships across Schools/Colleges, Administrative and Research clusters.

The role emphasizes people strategy development, workforce planning, and change management within a matrix organization. The ideal candidate holds a degree in HR with at least five years of HR experience, and demonstrates strong communication, stakeholder influence, and

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix structure and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong partnerships with business units to drive organizational effectiveness and HR programmes.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to minimize people-related risks and influence solutions.
• Advise on HR policies and procedures across employment legislation, talent management, performance, recruitment, and engagement.
• Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with Shared Services on talent acquisition and staffing decisions.
• Advise senior leaders on industrial relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Collaborate with HR COEs to drive manpower planning, budgeting, engagement surveys and people development plans.
• Possibly supervise a small team of HR professionals depending on deployment.
