Job summary

Sephora SEA is seeking a Senior Manager for Strategic Expansion Operations & Growth Programs on a 1-year contract. You will drive day-to-day operational execution across strategic pillars like new market entry, regional product development, and digital partnerships, coordinating with Commercial, eCommerce, Tech, Finance, Legal and country teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management, business operations, eCommerce, digital strategy, partnerships, or commercial execution.
• Experience within beauty, retail, eCommerce platforms preferred.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce operations and digital customer journeys.
• Analytical skills with data analysis, financial modeling support, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Management & Operational Execution: Plan, execute, and oversee key strategic growth programs including digital commerce expansions, regional Gift Card initiatives, and new digital partnerships; develop roadmaps, risk registers, and governance frameworks; drive cross-functional alignment and report progress to leadership.
• Digital Commerce Expansion: Lead end-to-end operational planning for Sephora SEA’s entry into new digital platforms and markets; coordinate platform setup, assortment, pricing, localization, payments, compliance, logistics, and customer service readiness; monitor launch readiness and issue resolution.
• Regional Gift Card Business Operations: Support operational roadmap for the SEA Gift Card business across digital, physical, and omnichannel channels; coordinate with country teams on rollouts, campaigns, product enhancements, and customer support; track metrics and ROI.
• Digitalization of Retail Customer: Develop strategies to integrate online and offline experiences; coordinate omnichannel campaigns, Click & Collect initiatives, and programs to drive first-time online transactions from retail customers.
