Job summary

Sephora SEA is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Expansion Operations & Growth Programs on a 1-year contract to drive day-to-day execution and program management of key growth initiatives.

You will work closely with the Director to ensure cross-functional alignment, governance, and operational readiness across strategic pillars such as new market entry, regional product development, and digital partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management, business operations, eCommerce, digital strategy, partnerships, or commercial execution.
• Experience within beauty, retail, or eCommerce platforms preferred.
• Analytical rigor with data analysis and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee strategic growth programs, incl. digital commerce expansions and regional Gift Card initiatives.
• Develop roadmaps, risk registers, and governance for on-time delivery within scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Commercial, eCommerce, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, Operations, CRM, Country teams).
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive updates with actionable insights.
