Job summary

Sephora SEA is seeking a Manager of Commercial Strategy & Growth to turn data and customer insights into clear actions across markets. You will lead business reviews, pricing and revenue initiatives, and strategic projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing omnichannel context.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, managing risks, and delivering practical frameworks that drive profitability and long-term customer value in Singapore and the region.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in strategy, analytics or revenue growth management or similar role.
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with large datasets and BI tools (Power BI).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business reviews, commercial deep-dives and strategic analysis.
• Identify growth opportunities, risks and main drivers of performance.
• Turn complex data into clear recommendations and executive stories.
• Build business cases, scenarios and opportunity assessments.
• Support decisions across Commercial, Merchandising, Marketing, Retail, Digital, Finance and Market Leadership teams.
