TTG Asia Media Pte Ltd is a leading travel and tourism publisher and events organiser in the Asia Pacific region. We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to manage accounts, prospect new business, and drive sponsorship revenue for our exhibitions and conferences.

You will execute sales and marketing strategies, pursue revenue targets, identify new markets through cold calling, and engage clients to grow our event portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B event sales or sponsorship sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience sourcing leads and closing sponsorship deals.

Responsibilities

• Managing accounts, prospecting sales, and developing business for exhibitions and conferences.
• Generating sponsorship revenue and coordinating event information to support growth.
• Executing sales and marketing strategies to acquire leads and increase event sales.
• Setting and pursuing revenue goals aligned with business objectives.
• Identifying new markets through cold calling and other prospecting methods.
• Sourcing and engaging clients for exhibitions to expand customer base.
• Tracking activities and preparing reports for senior management.
• Negotiating terms of agreements to close sales.
• Developing proposals to attract sponsors at various levels.
• Providing timely quotations and follow-up with customers to secure commitments.
• Maintaining relationships to improve satisfaction and event experience.
• Delivering accurate information to stakeholders.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to adjust strategies.
• Staying updated on market trends and industry best practices.
• Representing the company at trade exhibitions to collect leads and market intelligence.
• Planning and implementing revenue-generating initiatives such as show directories and merchandising.
• Sourcing mailing lists and managing databases of potential sellers and buyers.
• Submitting and updating sales and project reports regularly.
• Assisting with other duties to support team objectives.
