Job summary

CLARION EVENTS PTE. LTD. seeks a highly motivated Sponsorship and Exhibition Sales Manager for InsureTech Connect Asia in Singapore.

You will drive sponsorship and exhibit revenue, manage key client accounts, and collaborate with the CEO, Asia to maximize event success. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales, media/conferences/exhibitions, and a proven ability to close high-value sponsorship deals, with strong English communication and networking skills.

Qualifications

• Proven sales performance, especially in face-to-face scenarios.
• Experience in media sales, conferences or exhibitions preferred.
• Proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals.
• Excellent networking and communication skills.
• Ability to engage VP/C-level prospects.

Responsibilities

• Secure exhibition booths and sponsorship revenue via email, phone, and meetings.
• Build sales strategy with CEO, Asia, Marketing and Content teams.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop existing client relationships while bringing in new business.
• Create new accounts to generate revenue from untapped markets.
• Research and run sales campaigns to attract sponsorship.
• Write compelling proposals and conduct persistent follow-ups.
• Support Marketing & Content to drive attendee numbers.
• Face-to-face networking and business development with sponsors and delegates.
• Execute successful rebooking campaigns.
