• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or related field.
• Experience in B2B sales, sponsorships, or events is a plus.
• Strong communication and proposal-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and marketing strategies to acquire potential leads and increase event sales.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities through cold calling and other prospecting methods.
• Source and engage clients actively for exhibitions to expand customer base.
• Prepare creative proposals to attract new sponsors and clients at various levels.
• Provide accurate quotations to customers and follow up promptly to close sales.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring a positive event experience.
• Deliver accurate and timely information to internal and external stakeholders to support event coordination.
• Conduct market research and monitoring activities to improve sales department efficiency and performance.
• Gather and analyze market and customer data to maintain relevance in the industry.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events to collect qualified leads and sales intelligence while tracking market trends.
• Plan, design, and implement revenue-generating initiatives such as show directories, merchandising, awards, competitions, hospitality suites, and electronic media.
• Source mailing lists and manage databases of potential sellers and trade buyers to support sales efforts.
• Submit and update sales and project reports to track progress and outcomes.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
