Job summary

RSM Stone Forest in Singapore seeks an experienced Event Manager to lead concept, design, and delivery of flagship events across local and international markets. You'll partner with senior directors, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and manage stakeholders including government agencies and partners to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience and background in event management, marketing, and/or business development and partnership management.
• Strong in programme development, project coordination, and budget management.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to create attractive event marketing and promotional collaterals independently
• Self-motivated and positive attitude, exemplary work ethic and a collaborative mindset towards teamwork.
• Familiarity with protocols for high‑level events involving senior political office holders and business leaders is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Director and collaborate with the team to conceptualize, manage, and provide comprehensive support for the company’s signature events in Singapore and international markets.
• Prepare timely updates and quality summary reports to Management including operational, execution, manpower and budget plans, marketing materials, registration analysis, and post-event KPI tracking.
• Develop and manage partnerships to ensure seamless event execution and maximize value for the company and partners.
• Craft event materials and proposals; onboard new partnerships with internal stakeholders; expand the partner network locally and internationally.
• Manage ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
