Job summary

Global Events & Communications Agency in Singapore is seeking a Senior Event Project Manager to take ownership of complex live projects from planning through on-site delivery and post-event wrap-up.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, budgets and production partners, and drive business growth across conferences, roadshows, exhibitions and summits. Experience with digital events and registration platforms is a plus; regional experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex end-to-end events.
• Experience managing large event budgets (SGD 800k–2m).
• Strong commercial awareness and cost management.
• Excellent client, supplier and stakeholder management.
• Experience across multiple event formats; regional experience is a plus.

My client is along-standing global events and communicationsagency, with over 50 years of experience delivering events andengagement programmes for clients around the world. With teams across the UKand Singapore, they work across a broad range of projects, from intimateroundtables through to large-scale conferences, exhibitions, roadshows andsummits.

They are currentlylooking for a Senior Event Project Managerto join their growing Singapore team. This is a senior delivery role, takingownership of complex projects from start to finish, while working closely withclients, suppliers and teams across Singapore and the UK.

What you'll be doing:

• End-to-EndProject Management- leading projects from initial planning through to onsite delivery andpost-event wrap-up
• ClientManagement -acting as a senior point of contact and managing client relationshipsthroughout delivery
• Budget &Commercial Management - managing budgets, cashflow, suppliers and project profitability
• EventDelivery -leading a variety of projects including conferences, roadshows,exhibitions, summits and other live experiences
• TeamLeadership -coordinating cross-functional project teams and supporting and mentoringmore junior Project Managers
• SupplierManagement -sourcing, negotiating and managing production and supply chain partners
• Digital& Registration- working with digital teams across event technology, registration anddelegate management
• BusinessGrowth -identifying opportunities to upsell, expand existing projects and supportpitches for new work

What you bring:

• Strongevents agency experience, with a track record of leading complex projectsend-to-end
• Experience managing large-scaleevent budgets of c.SGD $800k–$2m
• Experience deliveringmultiple projects simultaneously, ideally across different event formats
• Strong commercialawareness, withan understanding of project margins, budgets and cost management
• Excellent client, supplierand stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to digitalevents, registration platforms and delegate management
• A positive, hands-on approachwith strong communication and project management skills
• Regional event experience isbeneficial but not essential
