Job summary

Leila Singapore is seeking a commercially driven Event & Partnership Manager to lead private events, corporate bookings, celebrations and full venue takeovers.

You will build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies, brands and private customers, own the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, closing and post-event follow-up, and collaborate with the restaurant and operations teams to ensure a seamless event experience from planning to execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in F&B, hospitality, events, venue sales or corporate sales.
• Proven track record in closing event, corporate or private function deals.
• Strong network within corporate events, hospitality, lifestyle or private functions will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive and grow private events, corporate bookings, celebrations and full venue takeovers for Leila.
• Proactively develop new business through corporate clients, event planners, agencies, brands and your existing network.
• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and enquiries to proposal, negotiation, closing and post-event follow-up.
