The ideal candidate will be passionate about events, skilled at building partnerships, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments to create impactful experiences and commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in events management, roadshows, activations, or commercial events.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially driven with strong sales and business development capabilities.
• Strong operational coordination and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure roadshow spaces, event venues, and activation opportunities.
• Plan, organise, and manage seminars, workshops, roadshows, and commercial activation events.
• Develop strategies to monetise event spaces, activations, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate event setup, fabrication, logistics, vendor management, and operational execution.
• Build relationships with venues, malls, event organisers, exhibitors, and commercial stakeholders.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to maximise event ROI and audience engagement.
• Identify new event concepts and activation opportunities to expand revenue streams.
• Manage event timelines, budgeting, coordination, and execution planning.
• Ensure successful delivery of event experiences aligned with company objectives and branding.
