Job summary

Thinkads PTE. LTD. is seeking an Events & Marketing Executive to drive creative marketing campaigns and live activations. You will collaborate with Client Servicing, Creative and Production teams to translate briefs into compelling on-site experiences.

You will coordinate venues, logistics and partners, while supporting proposals, timelines and client communications. On-site execution and occasional after-hours work are expected as activations occur.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, Business or related discipline.
• 1–3 years' experience in marketing, events, brand activation, retail marketing, account servicing or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and brand activations from planning through execution.
• Plan and manage events such as pop-ups, roadshows, launches and experiential activations.
• Coordinate with clients, creative, production and project management teams.
• Source venues, suppliers and production vendors; manage quotes and timelines.
