Job summary

Motion: For Impact, an experiential agency in Singapore, seeks an Event Project Director to be the primary liaison between clients and delivery teams, overseeing end‑to‑end event production from inception to execution.

You will ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery, protect margins, and cultivate strong client relationships while leading a growing team. This full‑time onsite role is based in Singapore at the House of Motion; only candidates with current work permits will be considered.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in events, experiential, or integrated agencies.
• 3–5 years in a senior client leadership or account leadership role.
• Proven track record managing complex client relationships and large-scale projects end-to-end.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue growth and account expansion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of experiential, MICE, or production environments.
• Proficient in project oversight, budgeting, and resource planning tools (Google Suite / Microsoft Suite)

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships with senior stakeholders across Motion’s brands.
• Translate client objectives into actionable briefs for the creative and design teams.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery: vendor coordination, site logistics, run-of-show management, timeline governance, and budget oversight.
• Deploy the right resources to each project, ensuring workload is distributed with operational intelligence.
• Own scoping, quoting and margin management across account portfolio: maintain budget visibility and manage changes to protect margins.
• Negotiate with vendors and clients to balance scope, timelines, and budget while preserving the work.
• Lead and develop a growing team of events executives, investing in long-term capability.
