Job summary

Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore (REDAS) is seeking a manager to lead planning, development and delivery of professional development initiatives for built environment practitioners. The role involves sourcing external consultants and coordinating with trainers to implement tailored programmes.

The candidate will manage contracts, arrange events, curate speakers, handle budgets and publicity materials, and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure ongoing relevance of programmes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Organisation Development, Business Administration, Human Resources and related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Training and Development, Coaching, Management or HR.
• Knowledge of property industry and experience in event management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in research, presentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and delivery of professional development initiatives for built environment practitioners.
• Coordinate with external consultants, trainers or partners for courses and programmes.
• Source and negotiate contracts with partners, consultants or training vendors.
• Invite industry leaders, speakers or specialists for talks and conferences.
• Manage budgets and seek sponsorships for large-scale talks and conferences.
