Prosegur Singapore is seeking an experienced Event & Executive Protection Manager to lead security for high-profile events and protect executives. This role demands strategic planning, risk assessment, and hands-on leadership of event security teams.

You will coordinate with clients, law enforcement, and emergency services; manage budgets; develop incident response plans; and integrate security technologies to ensure safe and seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in event security management, executive protection, or related field.
• Experience in planning and executing security for large-scale events and providing close protection for high-profile individuals.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of threat assessment, risk management and security best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with clients, law enforcement and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in security technologies, surveillance systems and communications equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A valid security license or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive security plans for a diverse range of events, including risk analysis and mitigation.
• Executive Protection: Design and execute tailored protection programs for high-risk individuals, including advance work and route planning.
• Team Leadership & Management: Lead, train, and mentor security professionals, ensuring briefing, equipment, and supervision.
• Operational Oversight: Manage all operational aspects of event and executive protection security, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Liaison & Coordination: Build relationships with clients, law enforcement, emergency services, and stakeholders.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage security budgets for events and protection details.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments and develop control measures for threats.
• Incident Response: Develop and manage incident response plans for breaches or emergencies.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare post-event reports with recommendations and compliance notes.
• Technology Integration: Stay informed on security technologies and integrate solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for clients to ensure exceptional service.
• Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure security operations comply with policies and regulations.
