Job summary

Prosegur Singapore is seeking an experienced Event & Executive Protection Manager to lead security for high-profile events and provide robust executive protection. The role emphasizes strategic planning, team leadership, and tight coordination with clients and authorities to ensure safety and success.

You will design protection programs, manage budgets, and oversee operations, reporting on incidents and continuously improving security measures across diverse engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in event security management or executive protection.
• Experience planning and executing security for large-scale events.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning for events including risk analysis and mitigation.
• Design and execute executive protection programs for high-profile individuals.
• Lead, train, and mentor security staff and close protection personnel.
• Oversee all operational aspects of event and protection security including resource allocation and scheduling.
• Coordinate with clients, law enforcement, and emergency services for seamless operations.
• Develop and manage security budgets and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures.
• Develop and manage incident response plans for breaches or emergencies.
• Prepare post-event and operational reports with recommendations.
• Stay updated on security technologies and best practices.
• Maintain strong client relationship management and ensure high service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Prosegur policies and local regulations.
