Prosegur Singapore is seeking an experienced Event & Executive Protection Executive to lead security planning for diverse events and high-profile individuals. The role focuses on risk assessment, advance planning, and discreet, effective protection.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in security management, team leadership, and familiarity with security technologies, with flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in event security or executive protection.
• Experience in developing and executing security plans for high-profile events and individuals.
• Strong understanding of security technologies and their application in event protection.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Event Security Management: develop and manage security plans for events and VIP gatherings.
• Executive Protection: provide close protection and advance planning for principals.
• Team Leadership: lead security teams, briefing and supervising personnel.
• Liaison and Communication: primary contact for clients, event organizers and authorities.
• Risk Assessment: conduct threat analyses and identify security risks.
• Contingency Planning: prepare plans for emergencies and incidents.
• Resource Management: oversee deployment of personnel and equipment.
• Reporting: prepare post-event security reports and recommendations.
• Client Relationship Management: ensure client satisfaction and tailor security solutions.
