Job summary

Prosegur Singapore is seeking an experienced Event & Executive Protection Manager to lead security for high-profile events and protect executives. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and robust risk management across diverse assignments.

The successful candidate will oversee security operations, budgets, and stakeholder coordination, while driving innovation in security practices and maintaining adherence to Prosegur standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in event security management or executive protection.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong ability to perform threat assessment and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security plans for a range of events, from corporate functions to VIP gatherings and large-scale public events.
• Design and execute tailored executive protection programs for high-profile individuals, including advance work and secure transportation arrangements.
• Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, including event staff and close protection officers.
• Oversee all operational aspects of event and executive protection security, including resource allocation, scheduling, and equipment deployment.
• Liaise with clients, law enforcement, emergency services, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless security operations and information sharing.
• Manage security budgets for assigned events and protection details, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments for events and assignments, identifying threats and vulnerabilities and developing control measures.
• Develop and manage incident response plans for security breaches and emergencies.
• Prepare detailed post-event and operational reports with recommendations and compliance documentation.
• Stay updated on security technologies and best practices to enhance effectiveness.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery of exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with Prosegur policies and local regulations.
