Sembcorp is seeking a commercially minded professional to originate, negotiate and execute electricity supply agreements for commercial and industrial customers across sectors in Singapore. The role covers thermal, renewable and low-carbon energy solutions.

The successful candidate will develop opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and coordinate with internal teams to close deals, leveraging familiarity with Singapore’s electricity market and the energy transition.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial sales, deal support or contract management within energy sectors.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with customer engagements and negotiations.
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Develop and support commercial strategies to grow revenue, margins and customer relationships across power and low-carbon energy solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through customer engagement, market updates and industry trends.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, including pricing, contract terms and solutions for customers.
• Manage RFPs, tenders, negotiations and contract execution with internal approvals.
• Monitor market, regulatory and fuel price developments to provide clear commercial recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and internal teams to support deal delivery.
• Support contract management, governance and risk management after deals are signed.
