Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in B2C marketing, partnerships, growth marketing, or customer acquisition roles.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition, go-to-market execution and commercial growth.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, AEO, social media, paid media and content marketing.
• Experience managing partnership, reseller, referral, or channel marketing programmes.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and writing skills.
• Experience in energy, utilities, telecommunications, retail, e-commerce, financial products, consumer products, or related sectors advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Customer Growth: Develop and execute marketing strategy, go-to-market plans, campaign roadmap, brand positioning, and channel mix for customer segments.
• Partnerships & Business Development: Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive customer growth and market expansion; onboard and manage strategic partners.
• Performance & Market Insights: Monitor market developments, track marketing performance, analyze campaign effectiveness, and present growth recommendations.
• Stakeholder Management & Leadership: Manage agencies and external partners; collaborate with Singapore Energy Business, Sales, Operations, Customer Experience and Corporate Affairs to meet objectives.
