Job summary

Globalwide M&E Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional with strong purchasing experience in the electrical industry. You will build long-term supplier relationships, evaluate contracts, and secure cost-efficient, reliable supply.

You will verify deliveries against orders, prepare tender and project documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines. A Diploma or Bachelor degree and 2+ years in procurement are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering or economics.
• At least 2 years of experience in the electrical industry with purchasing/procurement experience.
• Able to perform under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Strong teamwork, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of overseas shipping and general/electrical hardware procurement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Evaluate and manage vendor contracts with clear and effective communication.
• Monitor market trends to secure cost-effective, long-term procurement agreements.
• Verify delivered goods against purchase orders and liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in preparation and compilation of tender and project documentation.
