Qualifications

• 6+ years of donor stewardship, fundraising, communications, or related fields.
• Experience producing donor reports, recognition materials, or impact narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement donor stewardship strategy and frameworks across the college.
• Oversee donor recognition initiatives and impact reporting.
• Lead stewardship events and engagements with donors and stakeholders.
• Craft stewardship content including donor letters and impact stories.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the donor management system and governance compliance.
• Collaborate with fundraisers, leadership, and volunteers to align stewardship with donor cultivation.
