Job summary

Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (Muis) in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Stewardship to design and drive donor stewardship strategies, recognise donors, and build long-term engagement with supporters across the College.

You will collaborate with fundraisers, leadership, and volunteers, craft impact narratives, manage stewardship journeys and ensure accurate reporting in the donor management system, while upholding the institution's tone and standards.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education required.
• At least 6 years of experience in donor stewardship, fundraising, communications, or related fields.
• Track record in donor relations, stewardship reporting, or relationship management.
• Strong writing and storytelling ability with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in producing donor reports, recognition materials, or impact narratives.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stewardship strategy and framework to enhance donor retention.
• Oversee donor recognition initiatives, impact reporting, and engagement activities.
• Plan stewardship events and personalised donor visits in collaboration with Marketing.
• Create donor letters, impact stories, case updates, and acknowledgements.
• Document activities in the Donor Management System and produce regular reports.
• Provide stewardship counsel to senior leaders and collaborate with fundraisers.
