Job summary

Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) seeks a Manager to lead Annual Giving, identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding donors. You will work with the Deputy Director/Director to implement strategies for Annual Giving campaigns and partner with volunteers, leadership, and faculty to build a culture of giving at SUSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with five+ years in Annual Giving or campaigns.
• Experience in designing and executing fundraising campaigns and donor communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to build alliances.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, execution and growth of Annual Giving campaigns including online, mail and events.
• Develop engagement opportunities to retain and grow annual donors.
• Write funding proposals and appeal letters as needed.
• Meet fundraising goals and collaborate with volunteers, leadership and faculty.
• Coordinate with teams to align with university goals and ensure donor stewardship.
