Qualifications

• At least 3 years in customer facing role to resolve business problems through technology solutions;
• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams in complex stakeholder environments;
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, translate vision into actionable roadmaps, and execute through delivery;

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by evaluating products and technologies, potential markets, business partners and industry players;
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners (both demand and supply side);
• Lead the development of product positioning strategies and establish product roadmaps to meet business needs and demands;
• Translate product strategy into detailed business requirement and technical product roadmap;
• Implement activities to drive the product adoption and promote mindshare for the product;
• Work closely with the technology team for design, prototyping, testing and product roll-out;
• Define, track, and report on key performance metrics to evaluate product success and guide decision-makingand proactively report progress/status to key stakeholders;
• Champion customer-centric design and ensure user feedback informs ongoing product development.
