Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Product Manager to define and deliver digital products from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement. You will own the product backlog and roadmap, and work closely with design and engineering teams.

You will use user research and data to guide decisions, translate complex needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and drive continuous delivery across multiple user journeys.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Product Management experience with digital products.
• Strong backlog management, requirements definition, and roadmapping.
• Experience taking digital products from discovery to release.
• Data-driven decision making using metrics and insights.
• Experience with user research and translating findings into improvements.
• Experience collaborating with UX designers, researchers, and engineers.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate strategy and priorities to stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to turn complex requirements into actionable product plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap across key user journeys.
• Translate research and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritise features based on user needs, business impact, and constraints.
• Define product success metrics and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and engineers from concept to release.
• Communicate direction, priorities, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and dependencies and address them.
• Drive continuous improvement based on feedback and data.
