AH LIM & SON PTE. LTD. seeks a Digital Campaign Strategist Manager to build, manage and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness, audience engagement, event participation and business leads.

You will develop strategies across social, search, email and displays, manage budgets and assets, and lead a marketing team to ensure consistent branding and results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital campaign strategies across social media, search, email, websites and online advertising platforms.
• Plan and manage campaigns supporting company events, promotions and business initiatives.
• Identify target audiences, market trends and customer behaviour to develop effective campaigns.
• Manage digital advertising budgets, schedules, assets and performance targets.
• Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions, traffic and ROAS.
• Analyse data and implement optimization strategies to improve efficiency and cost.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.
• Oversee creation of digital content, ads, landing pages and emails.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare regular campaign reports and provide management with insights and recommendations.
• Lead and guide marketing team members in planning, execution and improvement.
• Ensure all campaigns maintain consistent branding and professional standards.
