You will plan campaigns supporting events and business initiatives, identify audiences and trends, manage budgets and assets, monitor KPIs, analyze data and lead the marketing team to ensure timely, on-brand execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital campaign strategies across social media, search, email, websites and online advertising platforms.
• Plan and manage campaigns supporting company events, promotional activities, services and business initiatives.
• Identify target audiences, market trends and customer behaviour to develop effective campaign strategies.
• Manage digital advertising budgets, campaign schedules, creative assets and performance targets.
• Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions, traffic and return on advertising spend.
• Analyse campaign data and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, content creators, event teams and external marketing partners to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Oversee the development of digital content, advertisements, landing pages, email campaigns and social media materials.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
• Prepare regular campaign reports and provide management with insights and recommendations.
• Lead and guide marketing team members in campaign planning, execution and performance improvement.
• Ensure all digital campaigns maintain consistent branding, messaging and professional standards.
