Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ's Digitas Singapore unit is seeking an Account Manager to oversee day-to-day client relationships and deliver integrated marketing, digital experience and platform work. You will work closely with the Associate Account Director to keep projects moving, align teams, manage client expectations and uphold high delivery standards.

You’ll own multiple projects from briefing to launch, develop briefs and timelines, coordinate across strategy, creative, CRM, data and tech, and help

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of agency, consultancy or relevant client-side experience.
• Strong client-facing skills and the confidence to independently manage day-to-day client conversations.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build clear and compelling briefs, status updates and presentations.
• Commercial awareness and practical experience working with scopes, budgets, estimates, resourcing and change requests.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to spot what needs to happen next and take ownership of making it happen.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, building strong, trusted working relationships across different stakeholder levels.
• Lead regular client meetings, status updates, workshops and project discussions with confidence.
• Translate client feedback, business needs and technical considerations into clear actions for internal teams.
• Own the day-to-day management of multiple projects and workstreams from briefing and planning through to delivery, launch and optimisation.
• Coordinate across strategy, creative, CRM, data, technology and production to keep work moving.
• Support regional and multi-market programmes, coordinating stakeholders and localisation requirements.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, on brief, on time and presented to a high standard.
