Job summary

Digitas Singapore, a part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an Account Executive to support day-to-day client management and coordinate cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, CRM, data and technology. Qualifications

• Around 1–2 years of experience in an agency, marketing, communications or related environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once.
• Able to work independently and manage internal and external workflows and ways of working.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, polished work.
• A proactive mindset — you follow through, anticipate what is needed next and ask when something is unclear.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of client accounts and act as a reliable point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Help manage projects from brief through to delivery, keeping timelines, actions, dependencies and approvals on track.
• Prepare meeting agendas, contact reports, status updates, presentations and other client-facing materials.
• Work closely with strategy, creative, production, experience, CRM, data, media and technology teams to coordinate integrated work.
• Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, audiences, competitors and category dynamics.
• Help turn client requests into clear briefs and ensure teams have the information and context they need to deliver effectively.
• Review work carefully before it reaches the client, helping maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Track project scopes, estimates, purchase orders and other basic commercial requirements with support from senior account leads.
• Flag risks, changes in scope or potential delays early rather than waiting for problems to elevate.
• Build positive relationships across the agency and with clients through clear, responsive and thoughtful communication.
• Contribute ideas and observations rather than simply coordinating tasks — looking for ways to make the work and the client relationship better.
• Support pitches, workshops and new business opportunities when required.
